Frankland River Staff and Volunteers

Centre Manager

Teresa Lawson

I moved to Frankland River in 2019 to become the Manager of the Community Resource Centre. As Manager of the CRC, I am able to utilise my skills and experience to provide the resources, training and initiatives to build the capacity of the community. I have 25 years’ experience in the community services industry, mainly within the Child Care industry, and in managing teams that work together for the good of the community. I enjoy spending time with my family amongst the community and with our animals on our mini homestead where I get to engage my passions of sustainability, growing our own produce and providing for my family. Being part of a small community was the focus of our move from Perth and Frankland River has certainly met our expectations, and we love being part of such a close-knit community that works together and supports each other.

Tourism Trainee

Lani Frusher

Hi everyone, my name is Lani. I moved to Frankland River 2 yrs ago from Narrikup. My husband has worked and lived in the area over the past 5 yrs for Peter & Sharon Beech. Our children have flown the coop and are living in Darwin and Cairns. In my spare time I enjoy playing hockey for Kojonup, horse riding and walking the dogs. Over the next year I will be completing a traineeship in Cert 11 in Tourism, my goal is to be able to help show case our region to those visiting.
